These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates and may be affected by carriers, customs, holidays, severe weather, or inaccurate address information.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests must be made within 15 days after delivery and are handled under the Return and Refund Policy. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Goworldstore normally initiates the refund within 3 business days after approval or the required inspection; external payment providers may need approximately 5-10 business days to complete posting.

Promotions

Discounts and promotional offers may include product, quantity, destination, customer, order-value, or expiration requirements. A promotion may be corrected or withdrawn if a clear technical error, misuse, or unauthorized manipulation affects the offer.
